About the Bugs report category - Please read before posting!

Having trouble with MINKA? This is the category to report technical issues.

A bug refers to something in the platform that is not working as intended. Use this space to report problems with MINKA’s functionality so our team can investigate and resolve them.

What this category is for:

  • Reporting issues that disrupt the intended use of MINKA.
  • Sharing clear, detailed descriptions of bugs to help our IT team diagnose and fix them.

What this category is NOT for:

  • Feature Requests: If you’re suggesting a new functionality or improvement, please use the General category or submit a request there for review.
  • General Discussions: Broader conversations about how MINKA operates should be posted in the General category.

How to Report a Bug Effectively

To help us address the issue quickly, please include the following information when reporting a bug:

  1. Describe the Problem: Clearly explain what is not working.
  2. Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Provide a step-by-step guide on how to replicate the problem.
  3. Your Environment: Share details about your setup, such as:
  • Device or browser (e.g., Chrome on Windows 10, Safari on iOS)
  • MINKA version or app version, if applicable
  1. Visual Evidence: Attach screenshots, error messages, or recordings that illustrate the problem.

Additional Notes:

  • Only report one bug per post. This helps us track and address issues more efficiently.
  • For app-related bugs, providing log files (if available) can greatly assist in identifying the problem. Check the app’s “About” section for log submission instructions.
  • Non-urgent bugs are reviewed and assigned to the development team on a regular basis, so your patience is appreciated.

Let’s work together to make MINKA better for everyone! Thank you for taking the time to report bugs and contribute to improving the platform.
